Самая отстойная компания в России!!!! нет ни элементарной вежливости, ни уважения к заказчикам (чисто по логике странно, учитывая то, что заказчики кормильцы - склоняюсь к мысли, что все сотрудники Химмеда работают на благо конкурентов: лично наша лаба уже после одного раза никогда на контакт второй раз не решится), а уж понятие компетентности вообще отсутствует!!! Эти ...ы уже полгода не отдают проплаченный товар, вежливые просьбы разобраться просто игнорируют, а на чуть менее вежливые нарекания хамят просто не по-детски

на самовывоз очередь - тетя берет накладные, потом где-то ходит 20 мин-полчаса по ангару и приносит в руках пузырьки на -20С 3 из четырех размороженные! 500 мкг нагревается очень быстро

Сначала дезинформировала относительно наличия реактивов, по приезду в офис оказалось, что таких реактивов на складе нет.
На логичный вопрос о телефоной договоренности последовал примерно такой ответ: "А вы вообще знаете из чего состоит этот реактив, и где конкретно он используется? Если не знаете, мы вам их не продадим!"
В дальнейшем Ольга Ивановна продолжила придерживаться хамского тона.
С учетом того, что я работаю курьером уже 3 года и насмотрелся на хамство во многих его проявлениях, этот эпизод уверенно войдет в тройку самых ярких.
